I strongly encourage all of my clients to accompany me during the home inspection, giving them the opportunity to learn a great deal about the house. I explain all aspects of the house including problems which need repair, good points of the house, and routine maintenance required to keep the house in top condition.
You will receive an easy-to-read, comprehensive, home inspection report with digital photos, which is generated on a computer, printed and presented to the client on site, at the completion of the home inspection. All information identified and discussed during the home inspection will be on the home inspection report. If items are found that are unsafe, hazardous or require further evaluation by an expert, it is clearly stated in my home inspection report.
